Why? Because mental health really matters to me.
I’ve lived with OCD and GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder) for as long as I can remember. I was also completely floored by Postnatal Depression after becoming a mum. But now? Now I see my experiences as one of my biggest strengths.

I’ve provided content writing support for United For Global Mental Health with their Global Collaborative for Better Workplace Mental Health campaign; helped to shape the messaging and direction of mental health app FormScore; written countless blogs on workplace wellbeing for GoVida; penned the website for BetterSpace – along with writing tonnes of blogs on how to safeguard your mental health and wellbeing; worked closely with Lift Your Wellbeing to perfect their website, produce guides, and craft next-level newsletters; provided ongoing support for Founder of My Little Therapy Box Natasha Page – and so much more.
I’m also big on healthcare, and have created endless social media posts for US healthcare giant IQVIA, worked on critical literature during the pandemic for medical device company Vatic Health, and produced informative resources for cancer support organisation Reframe.
